These terms govern your use of AmigosNearMe. By creating an account, listing a business, registering as a worker, or simply browsing the platform, you agree to these terms.

AmigosNearMe is a directory that connects customers with independent businesses and workers in the Atlanta area. We are not a party to the agreement between a customer and a business or worker — we do not employ the workers listed, we do not own the businesses listed, and we do not guarantee the quality of any service.

Businesses may register under a free plan (Free) or paid plans (Basic, Premium) that offer greater visibility and additional features. Prices shown at the time of registration are current; we may update them with 30 days' notice.
Facturación recurrente: Los planes Basic ($29/mes) y Premium ($79/mes) son suscripciones mensuales con cobro automático. El cargo se realiza el mismo día de cada mes a partir de la fecha de registro. Recurring billing: The Basic ($29/mo) and Premium ($79/mo) plans are monthly subscriptions billed automatically. The charge occurs on the same day each month starting from your registration date. You may cancel or change plans at any time from your dashboard — the change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle, with no early-cancellation fee.

Not permitted: posting false information, impersonating another person or business, using the platform for unlawful purposes, or sending hateful, harassing, or spam content through contact requests. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

AmigosNearMe is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the platform will be error-free at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform or any service hired through it.
